I read every message that comes through this page, and I answer them myself — there is no team, no support desk and no autoresponder. Expect a reply within 48 hours, usually sooner.
What I can actually help with
- A question about a lesson. If something on the site does not make sense, or a rule contradicts what you were taught at school, ask. These questions often become lessons, because if one person is confused, several hundred are.
- A correction. If you have found a mistake — a wrong rule, a bad example, a mistranslation, a quiz answer that does not add up — please tell me. Corrections from readers are genuinely welcome and I act on them. See the Editorial Policy for how that works.
- Corporate English training. If your team works in English with British or international colleagues and keeps hitting the same friction, I do run sessions. Tell me the team size and the problem you are actually trying to solve.
- Collaboration. Content partnerships, YouTube collaborations, guest appearances.
What I cannot help with
I cannot proofread assignments, write your emails or cover letters for you, or assess your English for a visa, university or employer — the level test on this site is an indication, not an official assessment. I also cannot give immigration or career advice, and I would be doing you a disservice if I tried.
