“I'm grateful for all your help this year.”

इस साल आपकी सारी मदद के लिए मैं आभारी हूँ।

“She sent a letter to say how grateful she was for the scholarship.”

उसने यह बताने के लिए पत्र भेजा कि वह छात्रवृत्ति के लिए कितनी आभारी थी।

Followed by "for" (a thing) or "to" (a person) — "grateful for your help", "grateful to you" — not "grateful of".
